Experience running with other senses

Social issues
The Association «Blind-Jogging» trains volunteers to be guides for the blind and help them to do sports in the fresh air. After completing a one-day training, they accompany visually impaired and blind people on a run once or twice a week.
What two dedicated volunteers have to say: «The experience has made me see the world with different eyes» says Richard, a course participant who had no previous contact with blind or visually impaired people and hoped to grow personally through the experience. Esther, who has had experience teaching yoga to blind people, is full of motivation: «Working with the blind and visually impaired is extremely enriching. I'm always happy when I can give something back.»
Would you also like to give back? Please feel free to register – we look forward to hearing from you!
