Wild hedges serve as a habitat for countless animals and plants. On National Hedge Day, wild hedges are planted and maintained at various locations in Switzerland, including Parc Ela. In the unique landscape of Parsonz in Graubünden, we plant and maintain hedges together and learn a lot of interesting things about the history of the landscape, the benefits of hedges and how the quality of the habitat can be improved with simple methods. We will also be helping the agricultural sector with its work.
