Coaches for people with ambitions to pursue further education and training

Duration:

• Roughly four hours per week, on a flexible basis.
• To be agreed between the coach and EDUCA SWISS.

Location:

Online from home and/or as agreed by coach and coachee.

How it will work:

• A full coaching program lasts around eight hours; coaches will work with coachees until clarity about the project and financial situation is established. 
• The core of the program is a longer conversation between coach and coachee online or in person.

Introduction:

Volunteers will be introduced to their role as coaches for EDUCA SWISS.

Support:

The EDUCA SWISS branch team actively support volunteer coaches and are on hand to provide assistance.

Tasks:

• Analyzing your coachee’s personal situation and further education project.
• Helping your coachee to develop an achievable life plan and budget for the project.
• Be part of a dynamic coaching team.

What you'll need:

• You are empathic and can comfortably interact with different individuals who are trying to make a change in their lives.
• You are open to and interested in different types of vocational training.
• You have the time and willingness to enter into a binding commitment.

Note:

Feeling comfortable using a PC is an advantage, as work tools are online.
