The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Switzerland and Liechtenstein is a charitable foundation and is supervised by the Federal Department of Home Affairs. It was founded in 2003 with the mission of fulfilling the most heartfelt wishes of critically ill children. Its beneficiaries are children aged between 3 and 18 who live in or are cared for in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Since its foundation, this Swiss organization has already fulfilled over 950 wishes. Our efforts give seriously ill children hope and courage, as well as many happy moments that offer an escape from their difficult everyday lives. Wishes are fulfilled together with the child’s loved ones, supporting and encouraging both the child and those closest to them.
