This Corporate Volunteering day offers companies the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the preservation of a unique natural sanctuary while strengthening team spirit and social responsibility.

The BirdLife Nature Centre Neeracherried, located in the Canton of Zurich, is one of the last large lowland wetlands in Switzerland. Covering 105 hectares, this nationally important protected area provides a vital habitat for countless bird species, amphibians, reptiles, small mammals, and more than 450 plant species.

Together with your team, you will contribute directly to the protection of this remarkable landscape. Through practical conservation work, you will help preserve biodiversity and safeguard endangered habitats for future generations. An important part of this effort is the control of invasive non-native plants, such as goldenrod, which can displace native species and threaten ecological diversity.

This volunteer day combines purposeful action with an inspiring nature experience. As part of the program, participants enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the BirdLife Nature Centre and have the opportunity to observe wildlife in its natural environment. These unique insights provide a deeper understanding of why the Neeracherried is such an important protected area and the challenges conservationists face in preserving it.

A day that brings people together, inspires learning, and creates lasting impact. For your team. For nature. For future generations.
