On 10 June we will be collecting food items to save them going to waste. The Swiss food aid organization Tischlein deck dich (“Wishing-Table”) will then distribute these at 132 points throughout Switzerland to people affected by poverty.

Generators of ideasTischlein deck dich
A 3x3m tent will be set up in front of several UBS branches where we will be collecting food items for the needy throughout the day. These dry goods will then be transported from the tent to the nearby Tischlein deck dich collection point later in the evening. For this to happen, we require a volunteer driver.
Dates: 10 and/or 11 June 2021. Commitment: 1 hour on either day.

Tischlein deck dich saves food items from going to waste and distributes them to people affected by poverty throughout Switzerland and in Liechtenstein. We manage to give food to around 20,000 people in need each week at our 132 distribution points.
