EDUCA SWISS is the Swiss Foundation for the Promotion and Financing of Education and, since 2015, the largest private educational support initiative in Switzerland. We are committed to greater equal opportunities in education and training. Our coaches support motivated individuals in realizing their educational goals by providing free guidance in planning and budgeting, and, if needed, EDUCA SWISS arranges low-interest educational loans.
As a coach, you will accompany our candidates as they develop their educational and financial plans, making a tangible contribution to expanding educational opportunities.

Duration:
- Approximately 4 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
- Long-term commitment desired
Location:
Online in a home office or by arrangement between coach and coachee.
How it will work:
- A coaching engagement typically lasts about 8 hours, from taking on a coachee until there is clarity about the educational project and financial situation.
- The core of the coaching is an extended coaching session between coach and coachee, either live or online.
Introduction:
An introduction to the role as a coach for EDUCA SWISS is provided.
Support:
The EDUCA SWISS head office team actively supports and assists the volunteer coaches.
Tasks:
- Analysis of the educational project and financial plan
- Support in developing a realistic educational and financial plan
- Guidance in creating a sustainable budget
What you'll need:
- Interest in education and an affinity for working with numbers
- Empathy and openness to different life paths
- Enjoyment of structured budget work
- Reliability and willingness to make a committed contribution
- Good IT user skills (online coaching, e.g., via Teams)
- Language skills in German or French; English is an advantage
