Volunteer at the AI animation event in Lausanne

Duration:

• Wednesday, April 1st from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm
• Thursday, April 2nd from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Location:

• International School of Lausanne,  Chem. de la Grangette 2, 1052 Le Mont-sur-Lausanne
• and another place to be defined

How it will work:

• Help us promote the event: Contact schools and other interested organizations.
• Communicate with our partners to ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.
• Welcome partners and assist them in setting up their stands before the "Rendez-vous avec Jamy."
• Organize the post-event reception (drinks, juices, and cups).
• Take photos and videos (strictly of people who have given their consent).

Introduction:

We will have a 1-hour session where we will explain all that you need to know beforehand.

Support:

You will be part of our volunteering team, and you will report to the main Event Organizer.

Tasks:

• Make sure everyone feels welcome and that the whole evening goes smoothly
• Coordinate with other volunteers to welcome 300 people

What you'll need:

• You need to be friendly, positive, communicative
• Some previously experience in organizing big events is a plus (but not mandatory)

• Networking with industry professionals, partners, and young talents
• Hands-on experience in event organization and teamwork
• Insights into modern animation technology and career paths
• Official certificate and a valuable addition to your CV
